Service Description

A personal training session is a 1 hr session that combines cardio, strength training, functional exercises, and stretch to achieve your fitness goals. A physical assessment is required to develop a workout program in case you'd like to purchase a package of 5 or 10 sessions. A single session implies a standard workout, but the coach will adjust it to your current fitness level.
